Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Tenderloin 1 pork Tenderloin 1 par boiled sweet potato 2 Granny Smith apples, par-boiled Hot Pepper Jelly to taste Brown tenderloin in heavy pan, reduce heat and cover with Pepper Jelly, cover and simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally, until coated and caramelized, add sweet potato and apple slices and caramelize as well.
