Jo’s Gourmet Original Hot Pepper Jelly 

 “No Fail Recipes” 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Breakfast Treats 

  Dress up a bagel with cream cheese

  and Jo’s Hot Pepper Jelly

  Use on toast, muffins, pancakes, waffles

  Even oatmeal in place of sugar or syrup

  Great in scrambled eggs, a great zip! 

 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Tenderloin 

1 pork Tenderloin

1 par boiled sweet potato

2 Granny Smith apples, par-boiled

Hot Pepper Jelly to taste

Brown tenderloin in heavy pan, reduce heat and cover with Pepper Jelly, cover and simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally, until coated and caramelized, add sweet potato and apple slices and caramelize as well. 

Serve on a pretty platter with potatoes and apples surrounding it.

 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Carrots, Sweet Potatoes or Yams 

Boil until tender, veggie of your choice, drain and return to heat, adding Pepper Jelly, cover and simmer until glazed and coated! 

 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Skewered Shrimp 

Skewer shrimp between chunks of pineapple and red and green peppers, grill until tender and glaze with Jo’s Hot Pepper Jelly, serve over rice if desired.

 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Spare Ribs 

Use as a glaze when grilling, spread on toward the end of grilling, when baking spread on ribs at the beginning and bake slowly, keeping ribs covered to get “fall of the bone” tender ribs! 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Boneless Chicken Breast

1 chicken breast per serving

¼ cup sliced almonds per serving

Hot Pepper Jelly to taste

Brown chicken in heavy pan, reduce heat, add

jelly and cover until done, stirring occasionally,

add almonds to caramelized and serve over a

bed of rice.  

 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Fish 

Grill fish as usual and glaze toward the end of cooking, great with Salmon, Tuna or any fish of your choice. 

Also, can be done in the oven, you can spread

on fish at the very beginning when baking, cook

as usual. 

 

Jo’s Original Hot Pepper Jelly Appetizers 

Place brick of cream cheese on a pretty platter covered with Pepper Jelly, surround with favorite cracker, simple and fast!

May use with brie or your favorite cheese!

Glaze Sweetish meatballs or chicken wings for

a fast and fabulous starter!
